What groups could be next?

Collaborate

In the hustle and fragmentation of our modern society:

  • Where can you go to connect and relate with others?

  • What communities do you feel known and nourished by?

  • Where can you give or contribute to a collective purpose?

  • What do you really enjoy, and could it connect you more?

Below are just some ideas for the next group to help bring people into regular face-to-face community. Some may already be happening in your neighbourhood. Others may need a burst of energy to get going. And some may want to be included here as part of The Check-in. Starting small is better than not at all. It could help to make modern life feel more connected and it might also lead to valuable growth, action and change.

  • Sunday Circle: Creative congregation without dogma or doctrine. Collective respect for the wonder and ambiguity of life on Earth. Then some food

  • Mixed group: A non-gendered sharing circle for all. Hear and share our highs and lows in a consistent and supportive group.

  • Women's group: Circle of trust, support and growth, organised and lead by and for women.

  • Healthy Anger: Befriending our most commonly suppressed emotion can help to liberate all the others.

  • The Stim Gym: A weekly happy hour of un-masked neurodivergent group stim-nastics!

  • Any Other: Any other peer support groups, or community ideas that want to make their existence and availability known.

If you could host or help to offer something, or suggest an idea, please get in touch.
