Check-ins are typically 1hr long
A one-to-one check-in is for anyone curious and ready to explore talking more. We'll discuss whatever’s going on, and where you want to be. This can include crafting a plan to help you move forward - on your terms. A good check-in is about the quality of listening. You can expect to be heard, respected, trusted and understood. Some people check-in regularly, with big questions. Others just need a one-off space to talk something through. I hold deep respect for anyone willing to get curious about how they relate to themselves, others, and the world around them. My own path has had its share of challenges, changes, doubts, burnouts and breakthroughs. What’s helped me most hasn’t been quick fixes - but having the kind of support that helps make change feel possible. I have explored many therapeutic modalities, and I'm currently studying somatic psychotherapy through ANZSBA and PBANZ. That deeper clinical work is still to come, so for now, The Check-in is a consistent, supportive space to talk things through. It's a real privilege to journey alongside my fellow humans, in the valuable work of becoming more fully alive. I've been trusted with over 600 professionally supervised check-ins so far, and I'll be in this role for years to come. How we apply the fee sliding-scale can be discussed during your first check-in, or in advance.
The quality of support offered through 1-to-1 check-ins is maintained with regular professional supervision.

The Check-in won't:
